Some Electricity Customers Receive Shocking Bills

A portion of electricity consumers in Pennsylvania have received bills much higher than the ones they are accustomed to.
The Pennsylvania Energy Choice Program allows residents to choose their electricity provider, while still being billed by the traditional electricity company in their area.
