Two Bath Salts Cases Sentenced On Return Day
Two individuals were sentenced for alpha-PVP-related charges during Return Day proceedings held in front of Judge Richard Masson last week in Emporium.
Jessica Lynn Grovanz, age 29, of Emporium, entered a guilty plea to one count of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance stemming from an incident that occurred on September 18 in the village of Truman.
