Grinners

Grinners are the critters that most members of the non-trapping fraternity refer to as possums; the correct name is opossum.  Possums are animals that have survived the race of time; they are ancient.  It is surprising to me that they have survived this long because they are also not “the sharpest knives in the drawer.”  Their ability to survive could be due to the fact that they are very prolific, have robust immune systems, and show an immunity to venomous snakebites.
