Woodland Students Are Wild About Nature

The “Wild about Nature” Field Day for 4th, 5th and 6th grade students for the eighth year in a row was held on a beautiful early Fall day. The venue was the Cameron County Fairgrounds.

“I cannot imagine that many (if any) School Districts in the State have a program such as this offered to their students. We are fortunate to have so many passionate people and organizations that are eager to educate our young people about the wonders of nature around them,” stated Don Bickford.
