Cameron County Fair Continues Thru Saturday

    The Cameron County Fair continues its annual August run through Saturday at grounds located off Route 46. Jobs Rate Nearly Flat

    Cameron County joined its neighbors in recording a nearly flat jobless rate for the month of June. Cameron had a slight uptick as the rate for unemployment dropped from 10.5 percent in May to 10.2 percent in June. (Full story in the Cameron County Echo on the news stand)
